We comply with global data protection laws and update this notice as our services evolve.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly, including account details, uploaded media, transcripts, and translation outputs. We also record usage metrics such as file duration, language selections, and browser telemetry needed to operate the service.
When you authenticate with third-party services we receive tokens that let us perform actions on your behalf. We never store payment card details; billing is handled by our PCI-compliant processor.
How We Use Information
We process your data to deliver the requested AI workflows, monitor service quality, and provide customer support. Aggregated analytics help us improve language models and scheduling systems without identifying individual users.
We may send product announcements or onboarding tips to the email associated with your account. You can opt out from non-essential messages at any time.
Retention and Deletion
Source media is automatically deleted within 48 hours of successful processing unless you configure custom retention rules. Generated subtitles, transcripts, and dubbed audio remain available in your workspace until you delete them or your subscription ends.
We store audit logs and high-level usage metrics for up to 12 months to maintain security and comply with accounting regulations.
Data Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers that help us run the platform, including cloud hosting, speech models, and payment processors. These partners are contractually obligated to secure your data and may only use it to deliver the contracted service.
We do not sell personal information or use your content to train generalized AI models without your permission.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete personal data stored about you. Submit requests at info@aivently.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are an EU or UK resident you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
