The service

Aivently provides subtitle translation and standard audio/video transcription. Every job shows a measured quote before processing, and nothing runs until you confirm it.

Credits and payment

• Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits never expire.
• One credit pays for one measured minute of transcription, or one measured minute per target language for subtitle translation.
• Payment is processed by Whop. Credits are granted only after the payment is confirmed.
• Credits for work that is not delivered are returned to your balance automatically.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you export. You must have the right to process the content you upload, and you may not use the service for unlawful content.

Service limits

Subtitle files can be up to 10 MB. Audio and video files can be up to 5 GB and 3 hours. Formats labelled beta are provided on a best-effort basis. Availability of languages and formats follows the published capability registry.
